Steadfast Health seeks a Clinic Manager to lead our new outpatient SUD treatment center in Greensboro, NC. You will manage daily operational workflows, staffing, and the clinic's performance metrics while upholding a harm-reduction, patient-centric care model.

This role focuses on building a strong local team, implementing Steadfast's playbook, and partnering with community organizations to deliver high-quality behavioral health services at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in outpatient clinic operations.
• Experience in harm-reduction, non-punitive care models.
• Track record of achieving operational goals and KPI targets.
• Proficiency with data dashboards and EHR reporting for KPIs.
• Strong understanding of SUD/behavioral health regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and P&L to ensure quality care and financial sustainability.
• Lead staff development, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews to foster a high-performing team.
• Drive harm-reduction, patient-centered care aligned with best practices in SUD/behavioral health.
• Collaborate with community orgs and hospital partners to strengthen network and care continuity.
