Job summary

Steadfast Health in Shaker Heights, OH, seeks an experienced leader to run an outpatient behavioral health/SUD clinic. You will mentor staff, oversee hiring and development, and partner with business development to expand care access.

The role blends hands-on operations with strategy, impacting census, retention, and outcomes. The position offers a management or director level path with a 10% bonus program and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30a–5:00p ET, plus comprehensive healthcare and growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of an outpatient behavioral health/SUD clinic with staffing and workflow oversight.
• Direct SUD treatment experience or equivalent outpatient behavioral health exposure.
• Proven ability to build or scale programs, teams, or partnerships.
• Track record of quantitative results using EHR, dashboards, and Excel to measure KPIs.
• Experience leading therapists, case managers, peer staff, and APPs, with regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with mentorship and accountability, setting goals and managing growth.
• Grow the clinic through partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
• Run daily operations, quality, compliance, and safety standards, managing budget KPIs.
• Deliver harm-reduction aligned care in collaboration with clinical leadership.
