Steadfast Health is seeking a Clinic Manager for our Canton, OH outpatient SUD/behavioral health clinic. You will run daily operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure delivery of compassionate, low-barrier care in line with harm-reduction principles.

You will manage staffing, budgeting, and patient flow, partnering with clinical leadership to drive performance and excellent patient outcomes in a growing network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing outpatient clinic operations in behavioral health or SUD settings.
• Direct experience operating within a harm-reduction, non-punitive care model.
• Proven ability to monitor and achieve operational metrics with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using data dashboards, EHR reporting tools, and Excel to track KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring high-quality care, strong team morale, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own the clinic's P&L, managing budgets, revenue, and expenses for financial sustainability and growth.
• Own key metrics such as retention, no-show rates, access times, and productivity.
