Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Division of Services for Addiction to supervise counseling staff at the Melrose Wellness Center. You will develop clinical programs, policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations while supervising clinicians.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling, New York State licensure (LCSW/LMHC/PhD), and at least three years of experience with Substance Use

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling required.
• New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, or PhD in Psychology) required.
• Three (3) years of experience with Substance Use Disorders required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff at the Melrose Wellness Center.
• Develop and enforce clinical policies, programs, and accountability systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Monitor patient treatment needs and supervise documentation and charting.
• Coordinate staff training and in-service education.
