Qualifications

• Licensed as a LSW, LPC, MFT, LCDC II or III in Ohio.
• Training and experience in substance use and mental health.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dual diagnosis assessments and provide recommendations.
• Develop and review treatment goals with clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling services.
• Ensure timely documentation per ethical standards.
• Participate in clinical staffing and review findings.
