Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher with 360 hours of specialized education in substance use disorder.
• Licenses required include SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC or LPC-IT, LPC, LMFT, APSW or LCSW.
• Ability to maintain caseloads in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a caseload in compliance with regulatory standards and ratios.
• Conduct individual sessions and facilitate group counseling.
• Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust service plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with other recovery and community-based providers and complete referrals.
• Include family and natural supports in treatment as requested by clients.
• Maintain client records and ensure chart compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for coordination with other systems.
