Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a clinical office, insurance, or healthcare setting with patient registration/front desk experience.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, authorization, and billing processes is needed.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient appointments and greet patients/visitors.
• Interview patients to collect accurate demographic and financial information.
• Complete patient admission and registration processes with required signatures.
• Verify insurance information and assist in resolving billing issues.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation and generate patient-related statistics.
• Act as liaison between patients, physicians, nurses and staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Process referral requests and obtain necessary authorizations before services.
• Maintain accurate records and manage workflow effectively.
