Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, LMFT/LCSW, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey clinical license with Medicaid/commercial payer credentialing.
• Clinical supervision experience with trauma-informed training.
• Reliable transportation to travel between Thrive locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to outpatient staff.
• Lead quality improvement, assurance, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain site scheduling and coordinate across Cherry Hill, Clementon, and EHT.
• Monitor referrals, capacity, and operations to drive growth and performance.
