Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Director of Nursing for an outpatient FQHC in Newark, NJ. The role leads nursing and clinical support, advancing patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staffing, education, quality/risk management, and committees. The ideal candidate has a BSN, NJ RN license, and at least 3 years in nursing leadership, with ambulatory or FQHC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership or management experience.
• Ambulatory care or FQHC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop nursing and nutrition staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, and clinical education.
• Direct quality assurance and risk management initiatives.
• Chair Risk Management and Infection Control Committees.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, patient safety protocols.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leadership on program development and process improvement.
