Legacy Treatment Services Group is seeking a temporary full-time administrator to supervise outpatient programs in New Jersey. The role includes on-site coverage, after-hours as needed, and oversight of Directors, supervisors, and direct care staff across locations.

Responsibilities include planning, evaluating programs, ensuring compliance with HR, budgets, contracts, and QA metrics, and traveling between locations as required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with at least 2 years’ administrative or supervisor experience in a substance use disorder treatment facility.
• Active NJ Clinical License as LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Experience supervising directors, supervisors, and direct care staff.

• Oversee Outpatient programs and provide on-site supervision.
• Coordinate travel between outpatient locations.
• Ensure programs meet HR, budget, and contract requirements.
• Monitor QA, outcomes and budgets.
