Responsibilities

• Facilitates the registration and scheduling process for patients.
• Interacts with registration and ancillary departments to ensure accurate capture and throughput of outpatient appointments.
• Schedules patient appointments for ancillary departments and records all necessary information.
• Notifies physician offices of potential non-covered appointments and facilitates precertification delivery.
• Compiles and reports information to the team to support patient care and prioritizes workload.
