Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and basic data reporting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions.
• Ability to build professional, service-oriented relationships with patients and staff.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze data and perform basic arithmetic.
