Lifepoint Health is seeking an experienced RN for Outpatient Services in Winchester, TN. This role covers preop/postop care for surgical, endoscopy, infusion, and cath lab patients, with emphasis on patient education and fast, safe recovery.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-paced environment, supporting quality, safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives while enjoying a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Active Tennessee license (single-state or compact).
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 6 months.
• License in Tennessee or compact state with TN paperwork within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care for surgical, endoscopy, infusion, and cath lab patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to providers and care team.
• Educate patients and families, provide discharge instructions and support.
• Serve as circulating nurse in Endoscopy and PACU recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, nurses, and staff for a seamless patient experience.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Support quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and performance improvement initiatives.
