Inova Juniper Program seeks an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, in Northern Virginia. The RN will conduct full intakes, medication reconciliation, vaccinations, injections and phlebotomy in a physician practice or outpatient setting, delivering holistic, patient-centered care while aligning with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; ADN acceptable with plan to complete BSN within 5 years.
• Licensure: RN licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: 2 years ambulatory RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in clinic or outpatient settings, including full intakes.
• Reconciliation of Medications.
• Vaccinations/Injections/Phlebotomy.
• Provides holistic, patient-centered care in a physician practice or outpatient setting.
• Incorporates data to improve care and educates patients and families.
