Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; ADN must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Licensure: RN licensed or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Experience: 0 years of registered nurse clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs full intakes.
• Reconciliation of medications.
• Vaccinations/injections/phlebotomy.
• Provides safe, therapeutic care in a physician practice or outpatient setting.
• Guides practice improvements and serves as a resource and mentor.
• Determines priorities and works with the team to maximize productivity.
