Inova 360 Concierge Medicine is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time, day-shift position runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

at our Fairfax, VA location within the Inova system. The role involves comprehensive nursing duties in an outpatient setting with a focus on patient education and coordinated care. Responsibilities include full intakes, medication reconciliation, vaccinations and phlebotomy, plus proactive patient

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure or eligibility to practice in Virginia.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties for clinic/non-acute operations: full intakes, reconciliation of medications, patient education, vaccinations/injections/phlebotomy.
• Provides safe/therapeutic care in a physician practice or outpatient setting, incorporating knowledge and family education to meet patient outcomes.
• Implements data to improve care and mentor others; ensures efficiency and max productivity within the team.
• Makes independent clinical decisions based on education and experience.

Education

BSN from an accredited school of nursing

RN license or eligibility in Virginia

BLS certification (AHA)
