Job summary

aah is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehabilitation team serving the northern Greater Charlotte market including CNSA Huntersville, CNSA Concord, AH PT Huntersville, MSKI PT Huntersville, AH PT Lincolnton/Denver, and AH PT Cabarrus.

The role is a regional float with 40 hours per week and a pay range of $26.55 - $39.85 per hour. Benefits eligible; schedule and locations depend on clinic needs and patient care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Age-appropriate patient care across the lifespan.
• Supports therapists with patient care and treatment plans.
• Implements therapeutic interventions and mobility training.
• Monitors patient responses and notes changes in condition.
• Assists with discharge planning and home exercise programs.
• Communicates professionally with patients, caregivers and staff.
