Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to float regionally across the Northeastern Greater Charlotte market, serving sites including University City Adults, Cabarrus Gateway, Kannapolis area, and Prosperity Crossing. Pelvic PT experience is required to support diverse patient needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and an active state license, with BLS certification and cross-site collaboration across outpatient rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure required.
• BLS certification per policy guidelines.
• Pelvic Physical Therapy experience is required for this regional float role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish care plans with appropriate modalities and education.
• Collect data from medical records and communicate progress to physicians and staff.
• Set functional goals with the patient and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, notes, and charges accurately.
• Coordinate patient schedules across multiple sites and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
