Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in hospital or healthcare setting.
• Prior receptionist, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front desk reception and clerical support including patient scheduling, payments, and registration.
• Room preparation and readiness tasks: organize, clean, and prep patient care areas and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to support patient experience and outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings and project groups to improve patient care.
• Stay up to date with clinic operations and workflows.
