UnityPoint Health – Meriter Therapy is seeking an Experience Specialist - Rehab to join our outpatient therapy team. You will rotate through roles from front desk to patient flow, supporting scheduling, registrations, and room readiness to ensure a smooth patient experience in a busy clinic.

This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning, and commitment to patient-centered care. A high school diploma is required, and prior hospital or healthcare customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in hospital or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Work at the front desk providing reception and administrative support.
• Assist with patient appointment scheduling and registration processes.
• Support patient navigation from entry to exit of the clinic.
• Assist with room readiness and supply ordering.
• Participate in staff meetings and process improvement initiatives.
