Qualifications

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and registration.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and authorizations.
• Explain hospital policies, billing procedures, and consent forms to patients.
• Process payments and co-pays.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, nursing, and billing departments.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve registration-related issues promptly.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
