Job summary

• Maintains and inputs notes for financial information to assist billing.
• Verifies insurance coverage and ensures authorizations are completed timely.
• Contacts patients to discuss coverage, payment requirements, and arrangements as needed.
• Maintains inter-departmental communication within outpatient services and with the hospital.
