Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives referral requests and processes authorizations and provider referrals.
• Verifies member eligibility and benefits; documents authorization/eligibility information.
• Communicates clearly with providers, health plans, and patients to coordinate care.
• Maintains logs, records, and reports; follows confidentiality policies.
