Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a clinician to join our Desert Cove Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports individuals with serious mental illness or co-occurring conditions in an outpatient setting, with a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

The position requires a Master’s degree and AZ behavioral health licensure eligibility, working Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, with bilingual pay options and extensive training resources available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Arizona behavioral health license or eligibility for license from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Experience providing outpatient counseling and coordinating services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to clients individually and in groups.
• Engage clients inIndependent Living Skills (ILS), health and wellness activities, and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor caseload and ensure timely documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
• Coordinate services with case managers, medical providers, and clinic staff.
