Job summary

Elliot Health System’s Rehabilitation Services – Outpatient program is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic programs for patients across orthopedics, neurology, pelvic floor, vestibular and more. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, mentorship, and professional growth within a multi-clinic network.

The position offers clinical development opportunities, mentoring for new graduates, and a culture focused on high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program with corresponding Entry Level Degree required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the state of New Hampshire required.
• CPR certification required or able to complete within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and plans patient care according to discipline and setting.
• Develops prioritized plans of care with short- and long-term goals.
• Communicates treatment plans and progress with referrers and care team.
• Provides discharge planning and home exercise instructions.
• Supervises therapy assistants and other staff as needed.
• Participates in clinical development and education programs.
