Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient Rivers Edge Rehab in Manchester. The role covers evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of rehabilitation programs across orthopedics, neurology, and related specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by NH state board.
• CPR certification required or achievable within 90 days.
• Recent graduates eligible; clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a prioritized plan of care with goals.
• Update treatment plans and communicate with care team and referrers.
• Establish discharge plans and educate patients and families in home programs.
• Supervise therapy assistants and rehab staff as assigned.
• Participate in clinical development programs and education activities.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient rehabilitation across multiple specialties.
