The position offers mentorship, dedicated documentation time, and opportunities for clinical growth within a collaborative care setting, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program with Entry Level Degree.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the NH state board.
• CPR certification required or able to complete within 90 days.
• Recent graduates eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a written plan of care with short- and long-term goals.
• Update treatment plans and communicate with referrers and clinicians.
• Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support staff.
• Contribute to clinical development and teaching within the department.
