Job summary

The Elliot Health System Rehabilitation Services outpatient department is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Milford, NH team. This full-time role includes a 40-hour schedule with two 7:00 PM nights, a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, and support for clinical growth.

You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, supervise therapy staff, and coordinate discharge planning with access to EPIC EMR and MedBridge.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
• CPR certification required.
• Recent graduates eligible.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Update plans and communicate with referrers.
• Establish discharge plans and home exercise guidance.
• Provide clinical supervision to assistants.
• Participate in ongoing clinical development and education.
