Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a therapy aide to support patient flow.
• Manage a schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with 60-minute evaluations.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT.
• Participate in ongoing clinical discussions and continuing education.
