Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient care in Ellicott City, MD. The position offers both full-time and part-time options with a flexible schedule and strong team support.

Clinicians will treat a diverse patient population, collaborate with experienced therapists, and have access to ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Patient-centered care mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT, with an additional 30 minutes available daily when needed.
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development.
