Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehab staff under the Rehab Therapy supervisor, ensuring care aligns with Mercy Service Standards.

Preferred candidates have an Oklahoma PT license, BLS, and 6 months to 1 year of rehab experience with adults and seniors.

Competenze

• Education: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible. Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy
• Experience: Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
• Other: Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist; experience with adult and geriatric patients is preferred.

• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
