Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients under supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor. Responsibilities include direct supervision of rehabilitation technicians and supervising PT assistants as required by the Oklahoma Practice Act, delivering care in accordance with Mercy standards and policies.

BLS certification and an Oklahoma PT license are required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license to practice Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• BLS certification required and must be current before treating patients independently.
• Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise patients directly and rehabilitation technicians indirectly.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.
