Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the Rehab Therapy team. Under general supervision, you will assess patients and design comprehensive treatment programs for adults and the elderly.

You will supervise patients directly, supervise rehab technicians and PT assistants per Oklahoma rules, and uphold Mercy Service Standards while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma license to practice Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• DPT/MS/BS in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) required.
• BLS certification current.
• Six months to one year of rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehab technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Uphold Mercy mission, values and service standards.
