Job summary

The role oversees clinic operations, budgeting, staff management, scheduling, and patient flow, driving growth and operational excellence while supporting professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building referral networks within the community.
• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in supervision or management.
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy or PTA/OTA program completion.
• CPR certification and other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive clinic processes; adjust as needed.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for staff.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget; manage resources.
• Remove roadblocks to achieve team goals.
• Foster referral relationships with team involvement.
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development about trends.
• Review financials and perform real-time adjustments.
• Build a positive clinic culture and lead staff development.
• Reinforce policies and celebrate team wins.
• Escalate issues promptly using dashboards and EHR.
• Make staffing decisions based on business input.
