Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy – Del Mar seeks a Clinic Director to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will manage staff, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow while driving growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, manage staff, scheduling, budgeting and patient flow.
• Set annual goals, monitor performance, and drive profitability.
• Develop referral relationships and support team growth.
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development on trends.
• Oversee documentation, dashboards and EHR usage to optimize care.
