Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Brawley, CA is seeking a Clinic Director for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will lead daily operations, manage staff, budgets, scheduling, and patient flow, while driving growth and ensuring exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate has an unrestricted state license (PT/OT/PTA/COTA), 3+ years clinical experience with 1 year in a supervisory role, and a Doctorate or Master’s in PT/OT or PTA/OTA program. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Active state license as PT/OT/PTA/COTA required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with at least 1 year in supervisory/managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy or completion of an accredited PTA/OTA program.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive processes; adjust approach with staffing and service mix.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget.
• Remove roadblocks to achieve goals.
• Foster referral relationships and growth opportunities.
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development about referrals trends or gaps.
• Review financial reporting and adjust for issues (bad debt, no-shows).
• Build an employee-friendly culture through 1:1s and team meetings.
• Reinforce policies and celebrate team wins.
• Escalate issues and use dashboards to determine actions.
• Make staffing decisions based on business input.
