Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a single outpatient orthopedics clinic and own core business and performance outcomes. You will manage staff, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow while driving growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of clinical experience with leadership exposure and licensure to practice in California. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a forward‑looking work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
• State licensure as PT/OT/PTA/OTA
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred)

• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for clinicians
• Set annual clinic goals and budget
• Remove roadblocks to achieve goals for individuals and teams
• Facilitate referral relationships with team involvement
• Communicate trends or gaps to Front Office and Business Development
• Review financials and apply real-time adjustments
• Foster an employee-friendly clinic culture via 1:1s and team meetings
• Reinforce policies and celebrate team wins
• Escalate issues promptly and use dashboards/EHR to guide actions
• Make staffing decisions based on business input
• Oversee all clinic operations and patient flow
