Qualifications

• Current licensure as a clinician (PT/OT/PTA/OTA) in the relevant state.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited PTA/OTA program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and optimize processes based on inputs.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for staff.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget.
• Remove roadblocks to help the team achieve goals.
• Foster referral relationships and mentor team members.
• Communicate trends with Front Office and Business Development.
• Review financial reporting and adjust as needed (bad debt, no-shows).
• Establish a positive clinic culture through meetings and 1:1s.
• Escalate issues promptly and use dashboards to decide actions.
• Make staffing decisions based on business needs.
