Zusammenfassung

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Director to lead a single outpatient ortho clinic in South Oxnard. You will oversee staff, scheduling, budgeting and patient flow, driving profitability and patient satisfaction while building a strong team culture.

The role requires a Doctorate or Master’s in PT/OT (or PTA/OTA pathway), active state licensure, and 3+ years of clinical experience with supervisory exposure. Competitive compensation with incentives and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive processes; adjust approach based on inputs.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget.
• Remove roadblocks to achieve team goals and growth.
• Foster referral relationships and team development.
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development about referral trends.
• Review financials and adjust for performance (bad debt, no-shows).
• Establish a positive clinic culture and conduct 1:1 and team meetings.
• Escalate issues and use dashboards/EHR to decide actions.
• Make staffing decisions based on business input.
