PRN seeks a Clinic Director for a single outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oceanside, CA. You will lead operations, budgeting, staff, and patient flow, driving profitability and care quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years clinical experience with supervisory exposure, valid licensure, and a Doctorate or Master’s in PT/OT. Competitive pay, incentives, and loan repayment support are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT with strong referral sources is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience, 1 year in supervision.
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy; PTA/OTA option acceptable.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements met.

Responsabilités

• Lead a single outpatient clinic with ownership of operations and performance.
• Oversee staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow.
• Set annual goals, manage budgets, and improve profitability and satisfaction.
• Foster positive clinic culture and effective team communication.
• Develop referrals and partnerships with Front Office and Business Development.
• Monitor financials and adjust operations to reduce bad debt and no-shows.
• Ensure compliance with policies and lead team meetings.
• Escalate issues and use dashboards and EHR for decisions.
• Make staffing decisions based on business inputs.
