Golden Bear Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Central Valley. The PTA will assist therapists with patient care, follow-up exercises, treatment plans, and documentation using Raintree.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant and current state licensure or eligibility. Outpatient experience is preferred. We offer a competitive hourly wage, sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PTA.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the PT.
• Assist PT in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Monitor and document patient progress using the EHR system (e.g., Raintree).
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
