Job summary

You will design your practice around your professional goals, with Monday–Friday hours and weekend/holiday rounding at 1:8 or better, plus robust compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ABPN Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic interviews to develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods with pharmacological treatments.
• Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated behavioral health.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and participate in quality reviews.
