True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatry - Outpatient physician in East Chicago, IN for a full-time, permanent role. Open to a physician who values work-life balance and can design a practice around professional goals within a tech-forward environment.

The role involves evaluations, psychotropic management, psychotherapeutic approaches, and collaborative care with PCP, social work, and nursing teams, plus maintaining EMR records and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABPN with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods with pharmacological treatments for mental health conditions.
• Partner with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated behavioral health.
• Maintain accurate EMR and participate in clinical quality reviews.
