Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Psychiatrist for outpatient practice in East Chicago, IN. The role emphasizes individualized treatment plans, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a tech-forward environment with EMR-driven care.

The position offers a highly competitive salary with MGMA-guided compensation, sign-on potential, and robust CME/licensure support. Open to qualified candidates with ABPN certification or eligibility and Indiana licensure.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the ABPN with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and mental status examinations, to develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods in conjunction with pharmacological treatments to manage acute and chronic mental health conditions
• Partner with primary care, social work, and nursing teams to provide integrated behavioral health support across clinical settings
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and participate in clinical quality reviews to enhance patient safety and care standards
