Job summary

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABPN with plan for certification within timeframe.
- Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
- Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Strong communication and EMR proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects.
- Utilize psychotherapeutic methods with pharmacological treatments.
- Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate EMRs and participate in clinical quality reviews.
