Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in East Chicago, IN seeks a Psychiatrist for outpatient care. This full-time, permanent position features a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend/holiday rounding and access to a tech-forward environment recognized as a HIMSS Stage VII facility.

You will evaluate patients, prescribe medications, integrate psychotherapy, and coordinate with primary care and nursing teams while maintaining robust EHR documentation and quality oversight.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABPN) with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods with pharmacological treatments.
• Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate EHR and participate in clinical quality reviews.
