Qualifications

• The candidate has 3–5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, outpatient services, or related settings.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance, priorities, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Working knowledge of financial management, budgeting, productivity, or operational metrics.
• Ability to support growth initiatives, marketing partnerships, new patient access, and referrals.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, staffing, and team development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and follow‑through skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient program teams to ensure performance, accountability, and engagement.
• Oversee daily program operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and consistently.
• Monitor program financials, including budget performance, productivity, staffing needs, and opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategy, growth priorities, and performance improvements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, staffing plans, and retention of clinical and operational staff.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and business development to grow referrals.
• Identify operational barriers and drive initiatives to improve access, patient experience, and outcomes.
• Use data and reporting to track metrics, communicate progress, and recommend actions.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and external referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
