Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or similar settings.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance and priorities.
• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and productivity metrics.
• Ability to support growth initiatives, partnerships, and patient access.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient program teams to ensure performance and engagement.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor budget performance, staffing needs, and operational opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategy and growth priorities.
