Job summary

You will oversee teams, manage budgets, support hiring, and collaborate with marketing, admissions, and senior leadership to improve access, patient experience, and referral development.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in behavioral health or related settings, with strong communication and change management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or related setting.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance and day-to-day operations.
• Working knowledge of financial management, budgeting, productivity, or operational performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to support growth initiatives, marketing partnerships, new patient access, and referral development.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, staffing, and team development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop outpatient program teams to ensure performance and engagement.
• Oversee daily operations for efficient service delivery aligned with expectations.
• Monitor budget, staffing needs, and productivity to improve financial performance.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategy and growth initiatives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of clinical and operational staff.
• Collaborate with marketing/admissions to grow patient referrals.
• Identify barriers and drive access, experience, and performance improvements.
• Use data reporting to track metrics and inform actions.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and external referrals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
