Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Inc. seeks a Program Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team serving youth with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric needs.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in school, home, and community settings. You will work with families and schools, participate in CST/IEP meetings, and ensure compliance with Montana Medicaid and state licensure rules while maintaining PQI standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field is required.
• 60 Credit Hour Program demonstrates advanced training.
• Criminal/Child Abuse Clearances must be satisfied as required by Montana.
• License eligibility: Program Therapist 1 or 2 depending on credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in various settings.
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage with parent/guardian/caregiver interactions.
• Willing to provide telehealth services when needed.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and therapy notes accurately.
• Collaborate with treatment team and external stakeholders.
